Elijah Dukes is going to be a dad again. Baby number five (baby number 6?) is on the way and this time, the mother is a 17-year-old foster child living with a relative of Dukes. When the girl told Dukes she was pregnant, he got mad and threw a Gatorade bottle at her.

Dukes won’t be charged with a crime because even though the girl was 16-years-old at the time, age of consent in Florida is, in fact, 16 if the other person is 24 or younger. Dukes was born June 26, 1984 – so I suggest everyone in and around Florida keep a close eye on your daughters for another year or so.

He’s a pretty good guy.
